Liked: The location was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The
Disliked: Our room was noisy. AC loud, there was also a loud noise that sounded like a generator.

Liked: Location is great, room is big and well equipped, very clean.
Disliked: We arrived early and had to pay $100 to check in earlier than 3PM. It makes no sense. If the room is ready, you are already paying for that date, unless they will refund the hours between 11 and 3 the day you leave.

Disliked: Hotel assigned us to a basement room. Hotel should let me know well in advance at time of booking, so I could decide whether to proceed with basement or cancel my reservation

Liked: Loved the size of my studio apartment, it was so spacious with high ceilings and quiet since the bed area was set back. And the location was great - close to the train
Disliked: The blinds were difficult to manuever, even though I liked the sky light

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Black out curtains provided. Bathroom was large. Spacious. Very walkable.
Disliked: Gym could have been better. Fan hard to work.Towels thin.

Disliked: Toilet way too low, should be standard height, at minimum. No paper towels. Should have better than single ply toilet paper
