Thouroughly enjoyed our stay !

Liked: It felt like a retreat from the busyness and activity of the airport, excellent location to get downtown Loved my stay at the hotel, convenient to the train station, had to pick my granddaughter up from the Fernbahnhof, just minutes from the hotel and the regional train station just minutes away

Basic hotel

Liked: Convenient for airport and train station.
Disliked: Check in while efficient was difficult to know what was being asked. When I asked to clarify the person was very short with me. Not straightforward to order room service

Good layover

Liked: comfy bed, efficient overall. It does well what it aims to be - a layover hotel. Breakfast was very good, too. This was our second time here, and we were pretty happy both times.
Disliked: the bathroom could and should have a proper set of amenities. We were too tired to call and ask for a toothpaste and a second pair of slippers and bathrobe.

Disliked: what can you expect from airport hotel? No so much right..

Acceptable apart from the performance...

Liked: Location is fine. Facilities OK.
Disliked: Service, especially treatment of front office staff Celanai Bendoy who gave misleading information about availability of supermarket and restaurants nearby that we believed was a deliberate act. A complaint letter was filed and got a routine, cursory reply from the front office manager. Location is a bit difficult to find.
