Very convenient to airport and...

Liked: Excellent sized room and bathroom. Very comfortable.
Disliked: The lady at desk on check-in was very robotic.

Incredibly Convenient for Cyclists

Liked: The property was incredibly convenient for trains and flights. Very helpful with luggage, especially bikes & transport cases
Disliked: We had a lot of issues coordinating chat between the property and booking.com. The problem eventually got resolved, but it took many hours and cost a fortune in long distance phone calls.

It’s convenient due to location...

Liked: Close to terminal 1
Disliked: Noise by staff in the morning. Talking loud to each other.Late night receptionist not very friendly.Reception 9 number not responsive.Not enough toiletries like tooth brush or comb.Not too clean on surfaces and curtains.Mattress has a plastic cover that sounds at contact.
