Good hotel in the center...

Liked: It’s ideally located hotel close to the main attractions, museums and shopping centers. Hotel is beautifully decorated.Breakfast with enough options is included.
Disliked: Rooms are too small.

Liked: Awesome location and wonderful service. The view from the terrace was extraordinary.

Superb

Liked: Nice hotel in the city center. Very convenient location, major attractions are walkable. Delicious breakfast with huge variety.
Disliked: The only thing I can think about is the door to the toilet in the standard room. If you need to use it during the night it is impossible not to wake everyone there :-)

My favorite in the city.

Liked: Great location, only a four minute walk to the Plaza Mayor. And they let us drop luggage there for a few days wile traveling to another city, later returning to the hotel for a short stay. Fine hospitality and great attitude from staff. That was much appreciated. This was my fourth stay.

Francisco Boutique is the perfect...

Liked: Beautiful property located near most city attractions. The room was immaculate. Breakfast buffet was outstanding offering breakfast and brunch selections from many cousins. The lobby bar was a secluded comfort zone perfect for a late night drink or snack.
Disliked: The storage within the room was limited to a small closet and a couple of shelves and small drawers. Probably typical in Europe.

Amazing stay in ideally situated...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. The staff are incredibly helpful. The breakfasts are to die for and the ground floor sitting room/bar is cosy, atmospheric and well stocked.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Fantastic hotel on a perfect location in the heart of Madrid. Everything is new and clean, the staff are very kind, and breakfast is absolutely fantastic. All recommendations!
