Liked: The pool and drinks the movies for family
Disliked: It doesn't really offer you anything for the price you pay

Liked: Everything was good but the kitchenette. When I booked thru booking.com it said I would have a kitchenette and I didn’t.
Disliked: The room with no kitchen.

Liked: I love the lil family resort all the pools and the coziness
Disliked: I didn't like the door issue although there were always right there to help the maintenance man was very nice

Liked: Not a thing.
Disliked: We had to switch rooms twice. The first room was moldy and the door would not close. The second room, someone tried to enter. The third room was marginally better but the entire property is outdated, rusty and the stairs were filthy. Not worth 700 bucks for two days

Wonderful

Liked: Great for the parents and the kids! The shuttle is super convenient. Staff was nice & helpful! I've stayed in multiple different room styles; all are great!

I'll go somewhere else next...

Liked: Proximity to ocean city and all the shops and restaurants
Disliked: Guests smoking marijuana out in the open. Facility was pretty outdated and gross. Water in the room smelled like raw sewage. Housekeeping definitely stole from me, won't return my call. The pool attendant got stern with me at 10 pm as I was trying to get my toddler out of the pool because the pool was closing. He very obviously saw me doing my best to get my child. Meanwhile, the group of guests he was chatting it up with were at their table, still laughing and hanging out.

Disliked: Other guests were loud. Someone tried to break into our vehicle. Other guest kept knocking on our door all hours of the night and morning.
