Francis Hotel Bath is located in the heart of the historic city of Bath. This Regency-style townhouse hotel features individually designed bedrooms many with four-poster beds and views over the city. Well equipped bedrooms each feature a Plasma HD TV tea/coffee-making facilities and a work area. A full private bathroom in every room includes a hairdryer and bathrobes. Francis Hotel Bath features a bar/lounge which serves light snacks all day. There is also a restaurant the Boho Marché which has a Moroccan theme celebrating Marrakech in the 60s and 70s. Breakfast is also available and includes a range of international and traditional English classic options. The Francis Hotel is about 1 mile from Bath Spa Rail Station and a short distance from the Georgian buildings on The Circus. Bath's shops galleries and antique markets are easy to get to on foot. With an additional fee parking operates on a first-come first-served basis and cannot be reserved. All children under the age of 13 can stay free of charge when booking with 2 adults. Our cancellation policy is up to 2PM the day prior to arrival.

Great location, comfortable room, good...

Liked: Great location, beautifully decorated, comfy bed, good shower, great breakfast.
Disliked: Building works going on so we had to take a circuitous route to our room - no noise though and everything else was great.

Liked: Excellent property staff couldn’t do enough for us ! Brilliant location and lovely refurbishment on room and great breakfast .
Disliked: Only complaint was the duvet was clean but a little stained. Was changed as soon as brought to the staff attention.

Nice but noisy

Liked: The staff and location were excellent. Great location - less than 10 minutes to the Abby and baths. The hotel is undergoing a remodel and the new room we were in was nicely appointed and fresh.But...
Disliked: The new restoration has issues. All the doors are very loud. There is light on all night in the bathroom and a fan that runs constantly pretty much forcing you to shut the door. It is impossible to do that quietly. When you do open the door it bangs agains the main door coming into the room. We started hearing all this noise before 6am and it never ceased. If they solve these issues it would be wonderful
