Liked: Brilliant porterage and reception staff very helpful in explaining the interim arrangements during the ongoing refurbishment. The new look is reflected in every room visited with tasteful decor and furniture all of a high quality. The new restaurant and bar areas are really appealing and relaxing.
Disliked: Everything being done to ensure that guests are inconvenienced as little as practicable by the work in progress. The standard being set is high and we had no complaints at all. The new Francis will appeal to most visitors and is a credit to the staff and contractors. .

Liked: Excellent location. In walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants.Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice quiet and spacious room. Very nice bathroom amenities.
Disliked: No parking at premises.

The Beautiful Hotel Francis

Liked: The hotel is under refurbishment, but it is already pretty spectacular. Beautiful rooms, and an amazing restaurant. Everything is always immaculate, and that includes the staff, who cannot do enough for you. It really does make you feel good when everything around you is so beautiful. Location is excellent, short walks in any direction to most of Bath attractions. We have already asked about renovation completion, as we will most definitely be back to see the end results.
Disliked: Nothing.
