Convenient, quiet location. Friendly staff....

Liked: Location good for Eggsford station.Convenient for visiting surrounding area.
Disliked: Footpath needed for pedestrians from Station to hotel as road is narrow with no footpath. This should be a local authority responsibility as hotel is bringing visitors into the garden.

Lovely stay, the receptionist who...

Liked: The property itself is set back within a beautiful surrounding, the grounds were lovely to walk around, inside and outside beautifully decorated.
Disliked: Not very wheelchair friendly, we attended a wedding which was down by the tree house, the path was very uneven and not great for pushchairs let alone wheelchair users.

Good food, friendly staff

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was very good.
Disliked: Room was noisy due to kitchen vent being by our room.
