Highly recommend for family getaway.

Liked: Extremely family friendly and service was fantastic. Very impressed with rooms. Great touches like crabbing equipment provided for children.
Disliked: Indoor pool wasn’t particularly clean and room for massage wasn’t sound proof so a little noisy.

Gorgeous way to spoil yourself....

Liked: Beautiful house, spacious, excellent spa, and we were given an accessible bathroom which helped my husband a lot

Liked: Everything, a beautiful location, above Fowey, a really exceptional stay and great value for money
Disliked: Reception area was a little chaotic, too many pushchairs,left luggage, room wasn’t ready, this didn’t spoil our stay at all but was a shame it was our first impression

Liked: Beautiful location easy to walk into Fowey.Super dog friendly. Lovely staff. Kind and caring vibe the whole place.
Disliked: There was a fire alarm that went of at 4am and no apology or explanation or gesture of good will. I know these things happen but there was no fire and seemed like a system error. Would have been good to be told in morning. Other feedback we had was addressed very well by the manager.
