Absolutely Fabulous!!

Liked: Superb welcome, I have a spot for cats especially one that looks like my late tabby, saw it first ,Jeffa and we made friends,,, The room was exceptional, the surrounds including the lake were seriously comforting, especially since I was only there for the night and going to a beloved family member funeral... the grounds are lush and gorgeous and I got to go all around. I look forward to booking again for atleast a week. All the staff were lovely.
Disliked: Only thing is that I am a smoker, there were no signs in the room saying you cannot smoke, I was afraid to light up incase the smoke alarm went on. But I was happy I was in the ground floor so I had easy access to the front door to go outside and smoke,

Liked: The room design is beautiful and excellent value for money.If you are lucky enough to be there on a Friday, there is an opportunity to order pizza. Unfortunately we left early so we didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.This place is excellent if you don't drive and it's only 5 mins in a taxi from the station
Disliked: This is just personal preference but I prefer a more firm mattress.

Liked: Lovely room, clean and with a comfortable bed. Great private bathroom, not en suite but we were aware of that when booking. Would definitely stay again
