Liked: The hotel met our expectations according to the description on booking.com.You can be in the city centre in about 30 minutes on foot from the train station and in 10-12 minutes by tram.There are ice cream shop, cafe, far eastern cuisine around the hotel. there are supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel.The hotel also has an adequate breakfast buffet.There is also a coffee machine in the hotel lobby where you can get free coffee. It is a bit outside the city centre but it was a nice hotel experience with clean, comfortable and professional staff.
Disliked: I have not had any negative experience.

Liked: Spacious rooms. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: While checking in we did not get the best of initial greetings. One of the rooms (we had two) was not properly serviced when we got in (left over crumbs; dirty refrigerator, missing amenities). One of the glasses in the lobby stacked for water had lipstick on it; and it was not a trace after washing, it had not been washed at all. While the issues were cleared with proper apologies, we thought they arose because the hotel was understaffed.
