This is an old country...

Liked: Great location and a nice country vibe. Like a hotel from yesteryear that a friendly family is working to keep clean, comfortable and affordable.
Disliked: Smelled a little “off” but maybe that’s a seasonal thing for Vermont in the spring.

Liked: The staff is always welcoming and kind. The location is perfect for our travel. Breakfast is very nice and delicious and the rooms are always clean.

Decent but out of the...

Liked: The room was recently updated and the beds were comfy. It was pretty clean overall, however there was a strange smell upon arrival and we had to open the windows to air out. Liked the parking right at our door and plenty of hot water in the shower. There was a small kitchenette area that was decent.
Disliked: The front desk staff was never really there, it's a family that lives upstairs and doesn't speak very good English. There was some confusion at check in since we paid in advance through booking.com. We stayed with a small dog so we were put in a row of units further back, which was nice since we had no neighbors, but the first night there were no outside lights on and the wifi wasn't working, and there is poor cell signal in that area so it was a bit scary. Also the phone in the room didn't work so there was no way to call to ask about the free breakfast or if they could turn the outside lights on. Eventually the outside lights and wifi was restored and worked well.

No hot water . Refrigerator...

Good for a quick getaway.

Liked: Close to Manchester.
Disliked: No hot water on second day, but restored by nighttime return.No shampoo for shower, or body lotion that you usually receive in other facilities.

Exceptional

Liked: Location is amazing , specially at time of Fall foliage. Rooms were clean and Kitchen has everything we needed. Nice morning view from room was a plus.
