Very nice stay and the...
Liked: Grounds were beautiful and staff was exceptional . Great location and breakfast was delicious .
Disliked: Rooms really need updating, clean but it was 1992 in my suite ? a remodel of the rooms would have scored a perfect review . Pool area was left dirty and full of towels from previous night when I walked by it on my morning walk

Short stay but excellent
Liked: Loved our Casita with the plunge pool. Most of the workers from the receptionist at the front desk to the servers around the pool gave exceptional service. We have stayed at many Four Seasons around the world. This one is by far one of our favorite all because of your staff. We want to give special thanks to our porter who is from France(I cannot remember his name). He always had a smile and made us very comfortable. Hope to be back soon.
Disliked: The housekeeping service ( if there was one) was extremely tardy and we only had one service a day.

Great location, facilities, and service.
Liked: Great location, facilities and service. The restaurant food was excellent. Best pork dinner we ever had, bar none.
Disliked: The room fire place was not operational and we requested that the screen door be repaired but that did not happen.

Beautiful setting, romantic rooms, and...
Liked: The Thanksgiving buffet at Talavaria was excellent. It was worth going again next year.
Disliked: The waiting area for the spa once checked in is rather small, very little reading material. I would include more refreshments such as dried and fresh fruit, nuts and cold water. I would also put the same bar soap in the bathroom area for those persons who do not like to use liquid body soap. The waiting room should be bigger, the light dimmer and lounge chairs. the chairs there are very uncomfortable. I would also put some umbrellas outside some of the casitas during inclement weather so persons can travel to and from their rooms and the main lobby.
