Disliked: Disappointing Dining Experience at Four SeasonsI’ve never had to write a negative review, but our experience at this Four Seasons was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in any high-end hotel.We are not picky eaters, but the food here was more like what you’d expect at a 1-star roadside diner. I understand that when you pay $5 for a meal, you can't expect much, but when you’re staying at a Four Seasons and paying premium prices, we expected much more. Having stayed at many Four Seasons around the world, this was by far the worst dining experience.The poolside food was poorly presented, simply thrown into containers, and to make matters worse, my child was served spoiled apple juice. All three restaurants on-site were disappointing, with the worst being Noe. The following day, we even had to cancel our dinner reservation, as we didn’t want to risk another poor meal.It’s such a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful, but the food quality seriously detracted from our overall experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in the future.

Liked: The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The pools and beach were well maintained and fun to hang out in. The room was specious and comfortable.

Liked: Almost everything, the staff, facilities, the beach is anazing
Disliked: There was a problem with yhe water one day and they did not have a contingency plan , the staff did everything to keep us confortable, but for the money they charge they should an emergency pump.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The ocean view was beautiful, and we also liked the beach—it’s a safe and comfortable space for kids and large families. The room size was perfect for three people (two adults and one child).
Disliked: The quality of the food and restaurants was far below our expectations. It’s a 3-star experience at best, definitely not Four Seasons level. The value for money was very low. The cleanliness of the rooms was decent but not ideal.
