Amazing hotel

Liked: It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing food and drinks. The staff are extremely nice and professional, they welcome you with love. We had our wedding in Maui a day before so when we arrived at the hotel a nice gift waited us in our room, which was really a cute surprise! I loved every minute we will come back for sure! :))

Disliked: I got bad/ignorance service from a guy working at Lobby lounge which i cant remember his name and verbal assault from your guests.

Very nice hotel, but beware...

Liked: Very nice luxury hotel, comfortable large room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Food and beverage prices where extremely high in the restaurants and bars. For example, filet steak $91+tax+tipIt was Easter, but the hotel seemed to be overrun by unsupervised children.As with many other hotels we have visited, most/all of the poolside sunbeds where occupied or reserved (but unused) by token guest items such as books, towels etc. without obvious signage or policing
