Superb

Liked: The rooms were very comfortable. Nice balconies. Fresh and clean loved having a fridge and microwave bathroom was very well lit. Great access to free laundry room and powders. Excellent facilities. Nove gym. They have fresh fruit in the gym and they are very generous with water all over the property. They had someone who contacted by text if you needed anything. It was a brilliant stay.
Disliked: The shower pressure could have been better amd they need to properly fix the balcony door. When they renovated they didn't get new doors. The tracks are worn out.

Fixing toilet

Liked: Kids loved the swimming pool.
Disliked: There was an issue with the room toiled from the first day. Over our 4 days stay they sent an engineer every day, said it is fixed, then the same issue. The only thing that changed was the person that they were sending, it started with the engineer, then the manager of engineering and then their director. After all of this, I got this message on the last night: “Good evening Mr. … ! We would love to offer a bottle of wine to settle in for the evening as a gesture, may we deliver red or white wine?”
