Won’t be back!

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The area is beautiful.
Disliked: The check in was a joke. Hot tub was not working. Pool was freezing. Staff not friendly at all. Forgot a shirt there, confirmed with the manager the next day. She insisted on making it to me and I still don’t have my shirt back over a month later.

Our friends made our birthday...

Liked: We love the resorts location, history and most of the staff
Disliked: I called three times! Never a answer or call back! Then I was forced to book through Priceline, ending up paying more, got a handicap room (not needed) desk clerk did not care to fix anything, said it’s third party, so too bad for us. My friends got a ski package! WTH! Hot tub not working, a 30 dollar a night resort fee! What the hell is that!

Relaxing, nice location

Liked: Good. The breakfast had changed from the last time we were there but it was good. Nice it was included now.Nice location, some things are dated but it is in good shape overall. Nice history.
Disliked: Hot tub was not working. Some people had cold showers in the morning.

Liked: Nothing this time actually usually pretty nice but nothing about that weekend was good
Disliked: Nothing worked rooms cold just bad experience

Liked: the room was very large and spacious. No complaints
Disliked: No hot tub and we were not told about it before our stay. Hot tub has not worked for months. False advertising on food. According to website was supposed to have Prime Rib and they did not have and what they did have was not good eating so we just had snacks in our room. Breakfast was not good either,

Liked: I was charged a resort fee. I only stayed in the hotel. I did not use any bar, restaurant, pool, golf, or anything other than the room. I refuse to pay for service that i did not receive!
Disliked: Resort Fee.
