Disappointing

Liked: Close to the town centre
Disliked: Purchased the booking as was shown a photo of a room with 3 single beds and the booking stated that the room would have 3 single beds. Room that was provided actually had a double bed and a single bed. Somewhat disappointed that I wasn’t offered any compensation for the change in booking

Liked: My partner and I have recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room itself was okay — it came with all the amenities we needed, such as a hot drink amenities, shower gels, clean towels and decent Wi-Fi. However, it clearly needed a deep clean. While nothing was outright filthy, there was a general sense that the room hadn’t been thoroughly refreshed in some time.
Disliked: One major concern during our stay was finding a homeless person asleep in the stairwell just outside our room one night. While I understand homelessness is a complex issue and not necessarily the hotel's fault, the lack of security or response to the situation was distressing. It made me feel unsafe and contributed to a restless night.

Liked: Great location, lovely local hotel with nice staff. Very good breakfast.
Disliked: Parking was very limited, but easy enough to park on the road outside.

Lovely hotel

Liked: Accommodation lovely but have problems walking and my single room on 2nd floor , not easy carrying bags and stick . Staff very helpful and nothing to much trouble. Thinking on it should have asked for help carrying bags . Did state had problems walking when booked .
Disliked: Parking can be a bit of a problem. Never any room in their own car park . On street parking but 2 hour stay and not aloud back for 2 hours , even in 1 disabled bay . OK after 6 pm but have to move by 8am.
