I can't believe this is...

Disliked: The room was not properly cleaned and there was no inspection, there was blood stain on restroom light swich, the shower head apparently was removed and wasn't installed back properly. God knows why the shower head was removed. The room had extremely poor noise insulation. I could hear people from next door talk, especially in the restroom. Then when the night comes, their noise disturbed me until 3am. Plus, when I asked for some water to be delivered to my room, I was greeted by that person's angry face and horrible attitude. Talk about customer service.

Great hotel, great bedrooms and...

Liked: All staff were excellent. The room was spacious and high spec. The reception upon arrival was also excellent - we were a group of 15 people and despite arriving around three hours prior to check in time, all of our rooms were ready. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.
Disliked: The shower didn’t work very well - I couldn’t get the rainfall shower to work at all, and it took a while to figure out how to get the other shower to the right temperature, but to be fair I didn’t tell the hotel staff so they might have resolved this given the chance. Same issue with the steamer, which didn’t work, but again I didn’t report this.
