Liked: The location is good and staffs are friendly.
Disliked: The duvet is too thick for the warm weather.

Loved it disappointed by breakfast...

Liked: Hotel was in a perfect position, room was lovely, bed was the best bed ever.
Disliked: Breakfast in their restaurant, needed a few tweaks the staff didn’t really appear to know expected information, the table we were asked to sit was like being in the kitchen with clearing plates right by us, and serving hot Buffett food with cold plates.

Exceptional

Pretty close to perfect as...

Liked: The whole experience was great, The bed was super comfortable, the location was perfect, close to the ferries shops and everything we needed. We just had to step outside the hotel and we were at the centre of everything.
Disliked: The weather on the first day which is out of everyones control. I would have liked a bit more of a harbour view.
