Four Seasons Hotel St Louis

Good

Not worth the money.

Liked: I was very excited to have a girlfriends weekend in a 5 star hotel. I don't feel like we got the value for what we paid for the room.
Disliked: We had to ask twice for things like extra towels, a pullout bed, etc. No one asked for our order in the pool we had to hunt people down.

Liked: Everything was amazing! The pool, the facilities, the food, the beds!
Disliked: We had one blonde waitress in her maybe 50s/60s who was rude to the children in our group twice. She messed up our orders as well. Everyone was spectacular and nice to our children in the hotel but her. She told one of our toddlers not to splash, IN THE KID POOL. She walked over from the restaurant to say that and scared her. She wasn’t even splashing at anyone. The other time was at breakfast, our 3 year old was “washing” (pretend play) the stainless steel salt shaker and she rudely told her, “don’t do that. You’re going to rust it. Put it down.” It was overstepping her boundaries both times.
