Liked: The lobby smells wonderful when you enter the hotel. The flower arrangement is beautiful. The staff is attentive and friendly. The hotel's location is very close to everything. It was a delight to watch the Charles Bridge from the hotel in the evening. Thank you for everything. I will come back.

Disliked: If the sign didn’t say “Four Seans,” I would’ve never believed this hotel had anything to do with Four Seasons. It absolutely does not deserve to carry such a high-quality name. I truly wish I had spent my money on a local hotel instead.I had two rooms reserved at this hotel — one under my name, and the second under my mother’s. They were also different room types, so I made sure to email and message them on WhatsApp to avoid any confusion.Despite all this, they still gave my room to my mother. (We don’t even have the same last name, so it couldn’t have been a mix-up based on that.)They saw my mother’s passport, and although the reservation clearly had her name, they still gave her the room that was booked under my name. Honestly, this feels like a mistake that’s hard to make :)Later, when we arrived at the hotel, my mother was asked to leave the room. She packed her things and went back down to reception. And of course — we had to wait again to be given new rooms.Such unprofessional mistakes.Eventually, we were given a new room, but then we discovered that the electricity didn’t work. They had to send staff to fix it. From this, it’s clear they don’t even check the rooms before guests arrive.This is truly a reservation I deeply regret.The only good thing was the location — but honestly, there are plenty of well-located hotels in Prague, so even that doesn’t make this place worth it.
