Best hotel experience I’ve ever...

Liked: The location was excellent. Staff was amazing and very professional, Jim was exceptionally helpful. The room was super clean and very nice, we loved the huge tub! Housekeeping did an excellent job servicing our room each day.
Disliked: The prices and fees for everything were a little over the top, but I guess that’s to be expected at a Four Seasons? Room service food was great, but very pricey for such small portions. They add a delivery fee, plus 24% service charge, so I was surprised when the girl handed me a slip to sign with a gratuity line when she delivered my food. I thought that’s what the built in 24% was for. I am not cheap and tip very well as I am a bartender, but it made me wonder what/who that 24% goes to?

Great stay, would go back

Liked: The location, the staff and the beds
Disliked: Some of the products and services were maybe not up to the standards of the Four Seasons, in my opinion. Things like the shower, consistency of housekeeping services
