A grand dame in the...
Liked: Pros: Location is top-notch. Staff are very friendly, courteous, and very attentive (a hallmark of the FS brand). Rooms were comfortable and the pillows/bed were a dream. The room temperature was adequate. Food was great, with a particular shoutout to cocktails at Fifty Mills. The inner courtyard is a beautiful and lush garden.
Disliked: Cons: The hallways/rooms are a bit outdated, but the property is being redone gradually (which can also be somewhat noisy, but we were forewarned). The pool area is underwhelming.

Poor
Liked: Courtyard of the hotel
Disliked: Me and my wife visited Four Seasons Mexico City for our honeymoon. Our flight was 14 hours from Istanbul. And after from a long flight all we wanted to rest and enjoy the hotel. Because of the hotel's name, we were expecting a flawless stay, but we encountered a situation that really surprised us. Due to the renovation work at the hotel, there was an incredible amount of noise in our room. When we shared this with hotel, they told us since we were on the second floor, we were actually the least affected by the noise. They said they could transfer us to another hotel if we wanted and that they were sorry. It honestly felt like a joke. In the end, they moved us to another room. On the second day, the noise continued at the same level as before. Luckily, we had only booked the hotel for two night. After all this, hotel manager came to us while we are leaving and said she is sorry and try to compansate this financially. Within couple days we received a message saying that they are covering our expenses that we made while in the hotel. Which is nowhere near what we experienced and what we paid for 2 nights in total. This whole situation is totally not acceptable for such a hotel which promises for a flawless stay. Big dissapointment.

Effortless Luxury
Liked: A true five-star experience in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for an exceptional stay. The attention to detail, impeccable service, and sheer comfort made this a standout experience.I have stayed at a few Four Seasons, each with their own unique charm. This hotel is beautifully curated, at every corner something organically captures your breath and attention - courtyard fountain, fire pit at night, art displays, little nooks to sit down and just take it all in… My room was beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches that made all the difference—turn-down service, premium amenities, and a bathroom setup that offered both an overhead rain shower and a handheld option (a rare and much-appreciated feature in Mexico). What truly sets Four Seasons apart is the effortless luxury—nothing feels forced, and every staff member goes above and beyond without being overbearing. The attention to detail with my food allergies was phenomenal. It’s the kind of place that reminds you how you deserve to be treated. After a string of underwhelming hotel experiences, this stay was a reset, a reminder, and a recalibration. I can’t wait to return. Five stars, and then some. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Disliked: I didn’t like that I had to leave after one night…so I stayed an extra day :)
