Liked: Historical building with well done refurbishing
Disliked: Central Rotonda is not inviting. It lacks intimacy.

Liked: Amazing amazing hotel stay! The staff were so attentive and friendly and the service was incredible!
Disliked: I think the pool should have more adult hours or a separate pool just for children . There were kids in the pool the majority of the day we got there so we didn’t really get to use the pool enough which was a shame.

Liked: Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff, and beautiful spa. The room was lovely, and we had an amazing weekend.
Disliked: Although the breakfast choices were great and taste was fantastic, it was all just warm and not hot. We didn't arrive near the end of breakfast service, so I can't say it was that. Such a shame is that breakfast is not a cheap option. However, the overall stay was great, so we may just have been unlucky.
