The most wonderful London hotel...

Liked: Absolutely beautiful hotel, located near Tower Bridge and close to the Central and District lines on the tube so all of London is accessible to you. The staff was so great, from the front desk and concierge teams to the housekeeping staff. What a gorgeous hotel, we will certainly be back. I had previously read some reviews that made it sound as if bringing a young child here might not be the best, but I can confidently say this hotel treated our 2 year old incredibly well, from all of the items they stocked in our hotel room, to the stuffed animal gifts in his crib, just an absolutely wonderful experience.
Disliked: Wish there were more dining options but the Rotunda is so good this certainly isn’t a complaint.

The Perfect Hotel

Liked: It can't be put into words. Everything and everyone was perfect, superb, and excellent. In fact, it went beyond all that - it is the only hotel I've been to that was beyond all expectations.
