Disliked: Leisure centre could do with a makeover update a bit. All meals where in the bar, even breakfast. Restaurant wasn't used at all

Disliked: Unfortunately we were placed in a room with a generator right outside the window. We called down about this at 9pm and were promised it would be off by 11pm. I came to the room at 1am and it still was unbearable. It was inconvenient having to move rooms at such a late hour whilst trying to go back and enjoy a wedding. However staff member was very very pleasant and moved our room straight away and was very apologetic. Changing rooms at the leisure centre are very run down here and showers were awful. Staff member walked into our room, unlocked door without knocking whilst I was standing changing - it was two hours before check out.

Liked: Hotel was excellent Staff amazing ,second to none Medical incident at wedding I was attending ,Barbara and Johnathon were calm , professional and attentive
