First rate hotel with exceptional...

Liked: This place is fantastic! Everything is first rate, from the bellstaff to the front desk. Great room with view of the pool. Room service and spa services were great.

Poor

Liked: The looks and feels of the rooms and lobby were to the FS standard.
Disliked: Cordless Telephones were rubbish.. couldn't connect. Staff inattentive..asked for a fridge ..never received it. Pillows too soft to sleep comfortably.Pool was too small 3 ft deep all round.

Liked: The check-in experience at the front desk was great! The overall service experience of the hotel during the stay was very good!

Decent but not worth the...

Liked: Drink offered upon entering, front desk staff was super accomodating.
Disliked: Hotel was nice, gym was small and tucked in a strange corner and hard to find. Bathroom was dusty and smelled like smoke.
