Liked: The wild carrot restaurant interior was nice and so is the facade of the main hotel building.
Disliked: The hotel interior looks a bit run down. The corridors etc. our room had some heating sound that was crackling all night. Did not sleep well.

Liked: Staff were so friendly, it was a very relaxing hotel and the spa was really lovely before it got too busy a 4.
Disliked: They didn’t tell us at check in about the roast buffet on Sunday and that we would need a booking for that. Wish they would’ve mentioned it at the beginning of our stay. We ended up eating elsewhere outside of the hotel as there was no space on Sunday.

Liked: Everything was excellent, as a family getaway. The hotel thought about everything. Sante restaurant food was surprisingly good. Service was always available and responsive.

Liked: We visited the hotel during the Christmas season, and it was beautifully decorated, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The grounds were also stunning.Our room and the hotel grounds were impeccably clean.
Disliked: We celebrated my daughter's birthday at this establishment. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. During our stay, the room service attendant who brought drinks to our room had a strong unpleasant odor, which lingered even after she left, necessitating the opening of all windows. Regrettably, this was not an isolated incident; many of the staff members emitted odors that significantly detracted from our enjoyment. Additionally, upon our departure, we discovered that the concierge had forgotten one of our bags, causing inconvenience and necessitating a return trip. Overall, our experience did not reflect the standard expected of a four-season hotel, and we found the pricing to be excessively high. For those seeking value for money, I would not recommend this establishment.
