Exceptional

Great getaway from the hustle...

Liked: Great getaway from the hustle of London. It was nice of them to make the room available earlier than the check-in time. The walks and the cycling around the hotel were great! The rooms were spacious, and we had a great time, just what you'd expect from a typical Four Seasons stay!
Disliked: We were there celebrating my sister's birthday and her championship medal. Although I informed the hotel about the occasion, unfortunately, they didn't acknowledge it at all, no room note, no complimentary piece of cake, nothing. I've stayed at many Four Seasons hotels around the world for special occasions, and they always ensure the experience feels special. However, this time, something felt off about how the staff treated us, and I don't think I'll be returning.The dinner at Wild Carrot was below average.
