Prices like luxury - services...
Disliked: To make a long story short, the Four Seasons in Denver is a real disappointment. For one thing, they never get tired of telling you how strict their covid measures are. However, when you arrive, on the one hand, no one in valet parking has a mask on and the entire lobby is full of jolting and partying guests, all without masks. Nothing is enforced.Then the service is more than lousy:a) Upon arrival, you are asked if you might need help with your luggage. Sorry, but for $ 1'000 a night I don't want to be asked but it is a matter of course that the luggage is brought to the room immediately.b) Complimentary water bottle is missing in the room because it was forgotten. For this, the water from the minibar is then charged with $ 8. It is simply ridiculous that you have to pay for non-alcoholic drinks in the room. Never experienced something like this.c) If you want to eat a snack or a burger in the bar, you have to wait at lesat 40 minutes until the food is served. And of course the food is cold, because it has been sitting around for 20 minutes because of a lousy service.Then I prefer to pay $ 1'500.- to $ 2'000.- per night in a luxury hotel with a top service instead of $ 1'000.- per night like in the Four Seasons with all the surcharges and the lousy service.Sorry, once and never again.
