This 1930s-era Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is in the northern Miami Beaches on Collins Avenue 5.7 mi from South Beach and 13 mi from Downtown Miami. Disliked: "My stay at this hotel was marred by an unpleasant incident. On the third day of my stay, as I returned late at night, I was denied access to my room due to a payment error with my credit card. Not only was this very stressful, but I was also treated with a lack of consideration that does not align with the level of customer service expected in such a establishment. Fortunately a friend of mine, lend me her credit cart, without her, I should have splet in the lobby ! This attitude goes against their own values, which state that one should treat others as they would like to be treated. Despite the politeness of the staff, this incident left a bitter taste and tarnished my overall experience. I hope that the management will take steps to prevent such situations from happening again in the future."It was clearly a fault from their part they tried to debit almost 27000 E ( see picture)
