Beautiful hotel in the heart...

Liked: Location Amenities Beautiful room
Disliked: -Some of the gym equipment were dated. The gym could use an update. -one rude door man, needs to be retrained on understanding the clientele at four seasons.

The staff was excellent and...

Liked: Great staff, clean, central location. Really liked the lake-facing room.
Disliked: I guess a hotel with an indoor pool during spring break / Easter was a hot commodity for families. Who knew? We couldn’t even use the spa and pool due to the number of children in them at almost all hours. No adult only use time here.
