Four Sails Resort

My family enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The location was excellent!!
Disliked: The biggest thing is the room needs to be remodeled. Even though it is dated, it was very clean.

Decent

Liked: I liked the location, dual balconies, kitchen
Disliked: I thought the bathroom floors and tub needed cleaning. The floors were dirty

Superb

Great place to stay!

Liked: Comfortable, good amount of space, beachfront and pleasant employees.
Disliked: Parking deck is tight (even for a small car).

Exceptional

Liked: My daughter and I stayed for 5 days, 4 nights at the Four Sails resort. I chose this hotel after cancelling another booking (not even a microwave provided) because it had a kitchen. While yes, plenty of the features at this hotel are "out-dated" as others have stated, we came for the beach! Everything in the room worked and was clean. The bed was comfortable, and shockingly, I had zero back pain the entire stay! The view from the 3rd floor was perfect for us. I loved cooking with the balcony door open so I could hear the waves. Every interaction we had with the staff was wonderful. I didn't think about taking pictures inside the room, just of the ocean from the balcony!
Disliked: If I had a complaint, it would be that the bathroom was a little cramped, but the jacuzzi tub definitely made up for the lack of space!

Waste of money regarding resort

Liked: Location and terrace ONLY
Disliked: Not keep - Not clean, musty, wore down, unwelcome front desk service. Utensils like can opener, pot & pans dull & if not broken, not useful at all, coffee machine (not empty had old coffee grounds), stove top, dishwasher all filthy. Oven not useful at all. Had to purchase three meals a days defeating the purpose of a kitchenette.

We only stayed one night...

Liked: The location and view.
Disliked: There’s only one elevator which was inconvenient because of the long wait time. The jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work and I was really looking forward to soaking in the tub with the jets massaging my muscles. The wallpaper in one of the bedrooms looked like it had been torn and then glued together which was disappointing for a PENTHOUSE room.

Fun stay

Liked: Location and Beach front
Disliked: 1 elevator and it went out a couple times and I had to walk up 10 flights to the room with bags

The location was exceptional but...

Liked: The location was perfect!!! Oceanfront, waking up to the waves on the beach and there always seemed to be dolphins every morning.
Disliked: The elevator!!! Horrible experience! Slow and broke twice which required us to walk up steps to the 9th floor. Only 1 elevator in the building. Then there was the shutting off of the water in the building. That one did not cause a huge issues except racing back from the beach to make sure we had water to take a shower.
