Liked: Location was excellent, friendly staff.
Disliked: Only one elevator.

Liked: Good location. Kitchens in each room was a big money saver not having to eat out so often.
Disliked: After the first night they told us they were moving us to another room. This was a huge inconvenience. The refrigerator in our room stopped working ruining $100 worth of food. We were told they would comp. our room for one night. Have yet to see any refund.

Location was great, disappointing rooms...

Liked: Location is amazing, spa tub was awesome, and the indoor pool was cool.
Disliked: The place looks misleading when looking online. Looks way worse than what the pictures give. The interior design is very outdated and old. Rooms are barren and walls are peeling. Room service never did their jobs, felt like it was an overcharged AirBnB.

Disliked: There was one elevator in the hotel that took time arriving to the main floor and traveling with younger children that was one of the disadvantages of being there. Also, the pool was not open the week we were there. With the weather raining on and off was a big disappointment.
