I was less than impressed...

Liked: that the front desk staff was nice
Disliked: I had several issues with the property. our room was not ready until after 7:00 and even then three people were running in ahead of us to clean something up. The room was extremely cold and the temp could not be regulated. I couldn?t call to complain because the phone did not have a connection cord to be able to make calls. I asked for towels and was told that I had to put in a request 24 hrs in advance. The construction outside our window was ridiculous. The toilet kept clogging. Sheraton is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but I felt like I was staying in a budget motel. I paid a pretty penny to make sure that my kids and I were comfortable and that is not what I got.
