Liked: The room was spacious and well-organized. It was very clean. The personnel were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was very slow.

Will stay here again and...

Liked: Great location! On site restaurants and beach store. Very clean and comfortable bed and room furniture. Very courteous staff!
Disliked: Indoor pool was great but a little too warm. Elevators could use new flooring. Hallway to pool is very dark with the black window coverings.

I will never stay here...

Liked: Location was good and it had a balcony with an ocean view.
Disliked: The front desk staff was not friendly. When we went to have our breakfast in the morning at the hotel restaurant, we waiting over 45 minutes for someone to even come over to our table. The person who did finely wait on us wasn't even the server that was covering that area. Everyone else just looked at us. I could understand if they were busy, but, it was not. The last thing there is a no smoking in the hotel, balcony, or on the premises which of course I understand. I have always done everything to follow these rules. When I returned home, I found that I had an extra 200.00 charged to my credit card for air cleaning. I did not smoke there, but, apparently the smell came in on my clothing. I could have understood being charged if cig. buts, ashes, or other items were found.

A great stay all around

Liked: The view of the beach from our room was great and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The hotel had the restaurant right on site and the parking was a bonus
Disliked: No complaints nice hotel would recommend to others
