Liked: The hotel was great. The breakfast included was not at the hotel. It was at a restaurant beside it. The restaurant is connected to the hotel and you can get there through the lobby. The breakfast was great. They offer turkey sausage and bacon! There is nothing to complain about. The staff were friendly. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Parking was great. I parked on the same floor our room was on. You can get in from the parking deck. Housekeeping was friendly as well. We visited the area quite a bit each year and stayed at other hotels on the beach but not like this. The room was a nice size. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The outside patio furniture was BIG people friendly. I cringe when i see plastic chairs, lol. But those were Ford tough, lol! I would give more stars if I could. Me and my family will definitely be back!!
Disliked: The pool was a little small, but it still git the job done

Liked: •The ocean view was amazing •Ciara at the front desk was helpful, kind, thoughtful, and went beyond (she only works on Tuesday)•Jumpin Shrimp Restaurant's food was delicious, and the staffers Rhonda (morning shift) and Eric (evening shift) went above & beyond for me and my 6 yr old. My 6yr old was very much taken with Rhonda, and she won't be forgotten!
Disliked: When I arrived, I was given the wrong room that was already occupied. Fortunately, the guests were understanding and even walked me back to the front desk to get everything cleared. It was the male employee who made the mistake. However, Ciara, who cleaned up his mistake with apologizies, coupons, and kindness, made everything better! As I stated, unfortunately, she only works on Tuesday.

Liked: Room had beach front view. room was clean. Staff professional.
Disliked: Room was much smaller than it appeared in the listing review. Balcony was small and the furniture was uncomfortable. Not what I expected. My room was next to a smoking room so every time I sat out on the balcony smoke came our way which made our enjoyment short lived. I had a masked with me and wore it for a while, but the fun of our mini vacation was tainted because of the strong smoke smell blowing our way.

Superb

Liked: Everything was excellent, restaurant was great, staff was great, would stay again, close to everything.
Disliked: only issue is with the parking garage which has small spaces due to the poles that hold it up above the hotel.
