A bit disappointed

Liked: The cut off time for breakfast was earlier than expected, 10:00, so we missed out (thought it was 10:30).
Disliked: We could not figure out how to turn down the heat and turn on the A/C by the programmed thermostat. It took two phone calls and at least 45 minutes to get someone to come try to help and they couldn't. The room did not match the online picture. Finally, I don't know why so many hotels, this one included, are so stingy about putting night stands on both sides of the beds.

Disliked: Wish we had read the reviews before booking this hotel.As soon as we checked in, we found out the key card system was broken. Every time we needed to enter our room, we had to find a staff member to unlock the door for us—very inconvenient. Shortly after we settled in, a cleaning lady opened our door after only a brief knock, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. There was also no clear information provided at the front desk about our stay—no details on check-out time, amenities, or how to get help if needed. Nothing! You either need to find out yourself or ask. We found two spots of old blood stains on the bedsheets.On the morning of the day of check-out, around 8 AM, the cleaning team started talking and making noise in the hallway, making it difficult to rest. Then at arpund 9 AM, a cleaner repeatedly knocked on our door until we opened it,totally ignoring the tag we put on the door handle,  saying they were "just checking." We were honestly shocked by the unprofessional behavior of the cleaning staff. This whole experience really took away from what should have been a relaxing stay.
