Great location for Ventura Harbor....

Liked: Location to Ventura Harbor for visiting Channel Islands and nice restaurants within short distance of hotel.
Disliked: Having to pay for parking

Replace the carpet everywhere, clean...

Liked: Convenient location for our family to be closer to our son who lives there.
Disliked: It was older and unkempt. Walkways were not clean, looked like they had not been pressure cleaned in a long time. And in the rooms, the carpet was visibly filthy. Our children’s feet were black coming from a tub shower with clean feet - just into the room. Repeated efforts to obtain housekeeping services were not honored. We would have to physically go down to the front desk and ask 2 or 3 times. Very variable responses.
