Four Points By Sheraton Tucson Airport

Don't expect a good night's...

Liked: Location was the only good thing about this Sheraton. Literally right outside of the airport entrance.
Disliked: Being woken up after midnight by someone yelling outside of our room when we had to be awake for an international flight at 0430. Once could be forgivable. But we were woken up again within 90 minutes by the same individuals screaming outside of our room on the hotel premises. Hotel staff or management should have better protocols to keep disturbances from interfering with paying customers sleep. Especially after the zero hour. I've had a better night's sleep at an $60 a night Motel 6 located on the side of a highway.

Liked: Location ... provided shuttle to airport Restaurant on location...however service was lacking. Although bartender was helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: Restaurant service, waiter appeared to lack interest in her responsibilities. Bartender was most attentive.Map was needed to navigate the hotel area, many separate buildings.

The service was excellent.

Liked: The whole staff from the shuttle personnel to the front desk and restaurant staff was superb.
Disliked: Nothing.
