Good value, good location, parking...
Liked: It was convenient. Adjacent to the airport. Room was clean and inviting.
Disliked: Parking was a major issue. Had to drive around property several times to find an open spot. Then had to walk a long distance in the searing heat to check in.

Disappointing Service at an Otherwise...
Liked: The hotel itself was great, well looked after, clean and plenty space in the rooms.
Disliked: I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I felt compelled after my recent experience.I’ve been travelling across Alberta, British Columbia, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, then flew to Seattle and down to Tucson. Throughout the entire trip, the customer service everywhere was outstanding, until I arrived at the Four Points Sheraton near Tucson Airport. Check-in went smoothly, and I appreciated being allowed to check in early. I asked if the bar was open and was told it was. I headed over, sat at the bar, and waited. No staff in sight. About 10 minutes later, the same person who checked me in came in, grabbed a drink for herself while on speakerphone to a friend, and left without acknowledging me. No “someone will be with you,” nothing. After another 15 minutes, I went back to the front desk to ask for help. Eventually, someone did come and serve me. For the record, the bartender was perfectly pleasant and the food was excellent. But the service experience before that was unacceptable. I booked this hotel through Booking.com and selected the “includes breakfast” option. Apparently, it didn’t include breakfast after all, so I ended up paying an extra $15 per day. Not ideal, but I let it go. Even though it still says on booking.com that I paid for breakfast already. The first morning's breakfast service was fine. The second morning was a different story. The staff member working the breakfast area seemed far more interested in whatever was playing on her phone, on speaker! than the guests. I was wearing noise cancelling headphones and could still hear whatever she was playing. After finishing my coffee, I got up to grab a second. When I returned, there was an omelette on my table that I hadn’t ordered. Turns out it belonged to the only other customer in the room, who wasn’t thrilled. They had to make his order again. With only two guests in the room, mistakes like that shouldn’t happen, but that's what happens when staff are glued to their phones!!

Overpriced and noisy
Liked: Close to airport
Disliked: Terrible bathroom, sink did not drain, door hits toilet, very small. Hotel is also very noisy, upstairs guests stomping around all night, doors slamming in hall, loud people in hallway.
