Disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: There was two few staff, and they tried really hard to do what they could. The walkways were not lit in most places, the elevator to the second floor and the building I was in didn’t work. The stair railing was loose from the wall, going to the second floor, I never got hot water in the bathroom and I left it on for 10 to 15 minutes. This used American Airlinesp to be A really nice hotel now I’m not there again.

Frustrating.

Disliked: The customer service was horrible! I arrived very late at night and went to check in to my prepaid room. The night manager said I had to pay and I was too tired to argue. I spent the next two weeks after trying to get the credit for the room. More than 10 calls to the staff and manager. Everything we were told they couldn't help us butcallback after 3 for the manager. She never called us back and the few times we were able to talk toher she said she would issue the credit and then wouldn't follow thru. It took two weeks to finally get the credit. Ridiculous and we will never stay at one of these properties again. Train all your staff to help, not just one person.

Liked: It was an easy checking and the room was clean
Disliked: Complimentary continental breakfast would have been nice and I. The restaurant stayed open to the hours. It says, but closed early and even though staff was there refused to make food. Elevator was also Out of order and I had happened to have a knee injur

Disliked: There was a discrepancy from when I booked. I got charged more and when asked for the breakdown they couldn’t provide it. I’ve tried to message the property with no response.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean
Disliked: Pillows were uncomfortable, bathroom was very small

Liked: They were friendly. The hotel and the room was clean! The water pressure was great!

Liked: Restaurant on campus was nice.
Disliked: Poor room cleanliness...was miss a coffee maker...hotel grounds were horrible...landscaping was overgrown and unkept...
