Liked: The staff at breakfast was very warm and pleasant, she kept checking to ensure we were okay and to assist if we needed anything. Breakfast options were pretty okay, nothing blew my mind really. Their croissants were the best part of the breakfast buffet, everything else was mid.
Disliked: While trying to get our luggage we called the hotel to arrange the airport shuttle as they instructed and they could not find our reservation. After we got our bags, we were ready to leave literally and I called again, only for them to say "Oh we have found your reservation", but unfortunately the driver just got to the hotel and it'll take him 30mins to an hour to get back to pick you up. I had two little kids with me and wasn't going to wait 30mins for a free shuttle so we took a minivan because our luggage was quite much and ended up paying about 60CAD that could have easily been avoided. I get to the hotel and the front desk staff tells me the driver just called that he's at the airport to pick us up. If the driver was already on his way, why did you tell me 30mins to an hour? Eventually got to the room and the shower was malfunctioning, the repairer that was called in didn't really know what he was doing so I asked for buckets instead, since we were too tired to change rooms and the kids were cranky, but the repairer left and never came back. No member of staff or house-keeping showed up with what I had requested. It was just totally disappointing.
