Service was generally good. Parking available. Restaurant was OK. Rate was high.

Liked: Proximity to our event.
Disliked: Double occupancy; one water bottle every second day. Room is old fashion and small for a very high price per night.

Superb

Liked: Close to the airport and rooms was very comfortable and Clean .
Disliked: Just paying for breakfast . Wish it was free or Half price with people staying at the hotel .

Not the best expectations for...

Liked: The airport shuttle
Disliked: The room looked old and the noisy hallway paid for parking and then had to pay more to leave

Exceptional

Great except for the overpowering...

Liked: Location to airport, shuttle, good price, comfy bed.
Disliked: The only negative was the air freshener scent in the lobby area. My husband is asthmatic and found the smell overpowering and for this reason we will not be able to return. You might want to consider a scent free environment.

Liked: Good location, staff very lovely. The buffet breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: One morning, we were taking the shuttle to get the train. But the 8:30 am shuttle never arrived. The shuttle that did come said it was for 9 am. . . resulting in some frustration for those trying to reach the airport for a flight.
