Liked: It was a good location and appeared to be clean.
Disliked: I got locked at of my room and they said sometimes a phone will do that. It didn’t feel as safe. Found a cockroach in the room. I was moved quickly.

Liked: It was clean and close to the airport. Staff were nice and the bar was nice.
Disliked: The pool area was mediocre. No real effort there. Jacuzzi was not full and the water was shooting upward and in your face. Had bugs and leaves in it. We ordered food and that was also mediocre. Phone in room didn’t work. To order food you cannot call the restaurant but instead have to order at the bar.

Disappointing

Disliked: Unbelievable, that the person in housekeeping who was in charge of cleaning my room thought it was appropriate not to make the beds. I stayed there a total of three nights and I complained night two and three to no avail. That the beds weren’t made, and my complaints fell on deaf ears unbelievable
