Overall, a pleasant experience.

Liked: Cleanliness and the friendly staff at the front desk
Disliked: There weren't many options for vegetarians at breakfast. Besides bread and baked beans, sometimes there were Vegetable egg noodles. If you ask the chef about it, he is rude and not friendly. He needs some training on how to talk to customers.

Disliked: Well, everything was going smoothly until the last night at the hotel where room service had changed our towels. Unfortunately one of the new towels they had provided smelled awfully disgusting like it was used to mop the toilet or something like that. Of course I did not reflect this to the hotel staff but this was the only negative point we had encountered during our wonderful stay at the Four Points Sydney. Would recommend this place as a place to stay for service and location!

Price-quality completely ok

Liked: Nice place and nice location (15 minutes walk from the center), 5 minutes to Central station.Quiet rooms, all you needed in terms of accomodation, hygiene articles, etc., price completely ok.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
