Four Points by Sheraton Seattle Airport South

Great place to stay close...

Liked: It was impeccably clean. Two delicious restaurants right off the lobby. Bed and pillows were comfy. Super close to the airport but far enough away to not feel like you are just at an airport hotel. Parking felt secure and I felt safe at the property.
Disliked: Even though it smells delicious, the entire lobby smells like Indian food from the adjacent restaurant. Was a little overwhelming.

Liked: The rooms were nice and comfortable
Disliked: I waited for the airport shuttle for a very long time later in the evening after a flight from Newark. I called a number of times to confirm what island to wait and and looked for the shuttle. I gave up and got an uber. The hotel isn’t that close to the airport. When I got there the desk person had said they left about 10 minutes ago, which was the same they said when I had called each time. I told the desk person about this and they gave me a coupon for free breakfast, which was nice and appreciated. However by time I arrived at the hotel it was about 11:30pm and having to check out at 11 am I didn’t think gave much of value less time to relax and sleep after a very long day

Disliked: No serious complaints. It took several calls from the airport to connect with the hotel and arrange for the shuttle then a bit or a wait.

Disliked: There was mold on the ceiling in the shower, there was a pubic hair in the shower, and the whole hotel smelled like curry from restaurant. I adressed the first two issues with staff and nothing was done about it
