Hotel was very clean despite renovations; bring your own pillows to compensate for hard beds.

Eh nothing special, probably wouldn’t...

Liked: Right off of the highway, was a good location for us. The room was a large size and had a mini fridge and microwave
Disliked: Hot tub was broken, water filter machine was broken, looked like the shelf was ripped out of the shower. Floor smelled like cigarette smoke but room didn’t smell like it. Breakfast was all pre workout packaged items that have been sitting there for at least a week.

Liked: In the pricess of changing ownership, and it doesn't seem to be going well. No cups or toilet paper in the room. Sign was not illuminated so rather difficult (imposible) to see in the dark. Breakfast featured pastries that were so stale they were rock hard. No fruit or yogurt. Morning desk guy was nice but night clerk was surly and rude. Good building but overall atmosphere was of decline and abandon.

Liked: Emily at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Bryant, Kung and Tristan all polite and informative. Bed and linens clean and comfortable. Room and bathroom clean.
Disliked: The passing showers. Now if they could have accommodated those, .... lol

it was filthy.

Liked: no lightbulbs in the room. broken tv remote. broken smoke detector hanging by a wire. used coffee in the coffee maker nobody cleaned it. I showed photos to the front desk. they said they would credit me. no such thing happened. it was very expensive for a filthy room.
Disliked: No lightbulbs in the room. Broken tv remote. Broken smoke detector with no battery hanging off the ceiling by a wire. coffee pot still had old grounds in it and the coffee was opened leading me to believe they never cleaned the room at all. Took photos for the front desk who told me they would credit me. No such thing happened. I paid TOP dollar for a dump.
