Four Points by Sheraton San Rafael Marin County

This hotel is pretty run down. The staff is friendly but would not stay here again.

Liked: Right off freeway.
Disliked: Don't believe that the sheets were changed from previous guest; freeway noise.

I made a reservation for two nights at this hotel. I left the next afternoon and checked out early. The coffee maker was broken - the coffee sucked. The bathroom was old and worn out. The closet doors would not open - they were off their tracks and jammed in place. If the staff did their job this would not have been an issue. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Liked: Couldn't find one.
Disliked: Bed. Cleanliness. Coffee Maker.

Disliked: Staff at the reception during check in was not kind. They charged my credit card 75 usd more than the price given on Booking website. No clean towels available at the swimming poolNo complimentary water inthe refrigerator

Liked: The pool was nice and the jacuzzi was clean. The staff were pleasant.
Disliked: I paid for a larger room and had to ask three times for a different room because they kept giving me a srandard room. They seemed distracted but the hotel was not busy. There was a strong sewage smell by the bar but they got it fixed quickly.

Disliked: The room which we were given was so small you couldn't turn around. Until I complained then they finally gave us a reasonably good room. This is the second time this happened. We made reservations 2 months early .

Disliked: No hot water on the last dayA drawer in the dresser would not stay closed It was a least a foot and a half sticking out which made dangerous in the dark to walk by it to get to the bathroom Wood furniture needed refinishing 5 yrs agoStay in nicer Econ O Lodges!!!!!
