I'm so happy I chose Four Points by Sheraton for my stay because it was a great experience. The vibe was mellow, pleasant, and comfortable. I was in town for a concert and the venue was walking distance away which was perfect.

Liked: Great customer service; beautiful; clean room and lobby; awesome location.
Disliked: Parking was expensive and inconvenient.

Could not get clear information about rail system even though it stops right outside the hotel door. Saturday night noise from the lounge was horrible. Too many other choices in the area to return to Four Points.

Liked: Bed and pillows good; staff pleasant.
Disliked: Noise; lack of knowledgable staff.

Liked: The room was lovely. Location makes it easy to walk places. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Restaurant wasn't ready for breakfast when they opened. Comforter on bed needed to be replaced, but staff remedied the situation right away.
