Four Points By Sheraton San Jose Downtown

Liked: Very clean.

I'm so happy I chose Four Points by Sheraton for my stay because it was a great experience. The vibe was mellow, pleasant, and comfortable. I was in town for a concert and the venue was walking distance away which was perfect.

Liked: Great customer service; beautiful; clean room and lobby; awesome location.
Disliked: Parking was expensive and inconvenient.

Could not get clear information about rail system even though it stops right outside the hotel door. Saturday night noise from the lounge was horrible. Too many other choices in the area to return to Four Points.

Liked: Bed and pillows good; staff pleasant.
Disliked: Noise; lack of knowledgable staff.

No worth it, for just...

Liked: Friendly check in staff. Room was clean.
Disliked: We had to go down to get our own extra towels. No Bell person to help, limited Disabled parking. Expensive overnight parking. Only TV available was pay per view movies- $22 each.

The staff, location, and value...

Liked: The staff was friendly, helpful and kind.
Disliked: We went to eat at the restaurant and were told it was short staffed so there would be a wait— only one table was occupied.

Worth the price, but bring...

Liked: The cost of our stay in this location made our visit a steal. The surrounding properties were priced significantly higher but there was nothing that made them worth that price that this hotel didn't have. Despite getting in pretty late, the check-in desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was SO spacious and comfortable. It wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in, but it checked all of the boxes that we needed for this particular trip.
Disliked: There's zero way to block out the noise from the street. Almost all night we could hear the sirens, honking, barking, etc. I understand we are in the heart of the city but there has to be some kind of way to eliminate that noise or at least muffle it. Also, the front door is RIDICULOUSLY hard to open - wind or no wind - that thing is heavy as f%&k.

Liked: The hotel in general is fine, I liked it
Disliked: They don’t store the suitcases, that’s something important because when you check out you must have a place to store the suitcases is the only thing I didn’t like

Great Hospitality and Very Welcoming!

Liked: This location was perfect for us because it was walking distance to the event we attended at Plaza de Cesar Chavez. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Great hospitality, very tidy and clean place.
Disliked: We have nothing... No complaints, concerns or comments.
