Liked: Very clean.

I'm so happy I chose Four Points by Sheraton for my stay because it was a great experience. The vibe was mellow, pleasant, and comfortable. I was in town for a concert and the venue was walking distance away which was perfect.

Liked: Great customer service; beautiful; clean room and lobby; awesome location.
Disliked: Parking was expensive and inconvenient.

Could not get clear information about rail system even though it stops right outside the hotel door. Saturday night noise from the lounge was horrible. Too many other choices in the area to return to Four Points.

Liked: Bed and pillows good; staff pleasant.
Disliked: Noise; lack of knowledgable staff.

Liked: Room generally quiet. Nice shower.
Disliked: There were crumbs on the floor when I arrived. One of the lighter shade mechanisms didn't work. Pillows terrible -- should have at least one that is firm.

Liked: The front desk staff member, I know I have her name wrong, but it was something like Richelle, she was very helpful and kind.

Disliked: The bar somehow didn’t feel super welcoming. The outdoor area’s bbq and bocce court and flags seem like they haven’t been cared for in years.
