I chose this hotel because of it's location to downtown and because I thought the price was fair. The front desk was very rude upon my arrival. They couldn't find my reservation and looked at me as if it was my fault. It took 20 minutes for them to realize that they should call Booking.com. No apologies for the wait. Didn't inform me of an 'incidentals' or parking fee (I assumed there would be charges) and simply charged my card. TV in the room didn't work. Noisy at night. Upon leaving the hotel I asked for the bill to look over before my card was charged. I received rolled eyes and the front desk girl said 'You mean I can't just charge the Visa on file?'. These reasons sound silly but all added up and my interaction was rather annoying. If the price of the hotel was any higher I would have been super irritated.
Liked: Walking distance from downtown.
Disliked: The front desk staff was extremely rude.

Liked: Room was clean and very comfortable. Great AC!
Disliked: Location was not great at all unless you?re looking to be close to the airport. In a less than ideal location.

Liked: Location was great! About 10 minutes from everything we did. From the reservation it showed a king bed and sofa bed. They said they don?t have a sofa bed so they gave me a roll out bed? Not the size I expected but atleast they accommodated me. A couple of the front desk staff was nice.
Disliked: We had a problem getting towels. The housekeeping wouldn?t give towels they said we had to go downstairs and ask. We would ask in the morning, and wouldn?t get any. They said they would put it in our room. When we came back at night they said they were washing them? so still no towels?. Then breakfast was supposed to be including in our reservation but it must not be a part of everyone?s reservation because one person gave us the muffins and another person said they weren?t free?. When I later went to ask if I owed for the muffins the guy said they were free? so I don?t know but we only got them one day. I?m not gonna argue over muffins not with it!

Disliked: Small and amenities of the hotel poor condition. No continental breakfast available.

Great location lovely room
Liked: Ideally located to take full advantage of Little Italy, downtown and the Gaslamp District. Very nicely appointed room. Workout room needs some thought. Cramped, no towels and water dispenser out of order but definitely usable equipment and space if you?re intent upon working out. Big disappointment that no complimentary coffee was offered in the lobby in the morning. Sheraton needs to rethink that bit. All in all a great stay and will consider their other 4 Points properties in the future.
Disliked: No coffee in the morning except in the room packet coffee

It?s a nice hotel, great...
Liked: Location. Some of the staff members were polite and friendly.
Disliked: 1-Slow response to an issue that came up with my room.2- because of the room issue, I forgot my charger in the room but unfortunate when I asked about it, it was gone and couldn?t be found
